Client context and objective
The clients purchased a 250 m² coastal villa in Cala Serena that had outdated interiors, inefficient energy systems, and a layout that didn’t maximize the sea views. They wanted a luxurious Mediterranean retreat, with modern comforts, sustainable solutions, and spaces suitable for both private living and entertaining.

Local Regulations
The renovation was carried out in full compliance with Sant Antoni’s local building codes and zoning regulations. We coordinated closely with municipal authorities to ensure all permits, licenses, and inspections were properly handled, guaranteeing a seamless approval process while respecting Ibiza’s architectural heritage.
Sustainability
Sustainability was a key focus throughout the project. Energy-efficient systems were implemented, including LED lighting, high-performance glazing, and solar thermal panels for water heating. Materials were carefully selected for low environmental impact, combining durability with natural aesthetics to reduce long-term energy consumption and maintenance.
Integration with the natural environment of Ibiza
The villa was designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, taking advantage of natural light, sea views, and native vegetation. Outdoor terraces and an infinity pool were strategically positioned to blend seamlessly with the topography, creating fluid indoor–outdoor living spaces that capture the essence of Ibiza’s Mediterranean environment.
